For local HTTPS configurations employing Caddy, Coasts now employs a single local Caddy root certificate authority per installation. Authenticate this root once, and subsequently generated workspaces within the same COAST_HOME will continue its usage. The coast and coast-dev environments remain distinct due to separate Coast home directories.
